Desired Skills
- English level B2 or above.
- 4+ years of experience in NetSuite development within a scaled manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules such as Advanced Manufacturing, WMS, and Field Service Management.
- Experience with at least 2 of the following NetSuite modules:
- Field Service Management (FSM): scheduling, dispatch, work orders, service contracts
- Warehouse Management System (WMS): bin management, pick/pack/ship (RF-Smart experience is a plus)
- CRM: native NetSuite CRM (leads, opportunities, cases)
- CPQ: quote generation, product configuration, pricing rules, approval workflows
- Proficiency in NetSuite configuration, including custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, saved searches, and reports.
- Strong proficiency in SuiteScript 2.x.
- Experience with NetSuite integrations using tools such as Celigo, Boomi, SuiteTalk, or APIs.
- Strong understanding of ERP internal controls and DevOps best practices.
- Experience working with manufacturing processes such as BOMs, work orders, and routings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of solutions on the NetSuite ERP platform to address complex business requirements.
- Own and drive overall NetSuite solution architecture, ensuring scalable and efficient ERP solutions.
- Review technical designs, code, and deployment strategies to ensure best practices across ERP systems.
- Partner with third-party vendors on NetSuite implementations, architecture decisions, and technical best practices.
- Evaluate the ERP roadmap and identify opportunities to optimize processes, systems, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, particularly in manufacturing environments, to identify process improvements and implement ERP configurations that support operational needs.
- Design and support integrations between NetSuite and other platforms using APIs and integration tools.
