Customer Succes Manager

Desired Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience and customer support roles.
  • B2 English level or above.
  • TPA (Third-Party Administrator) experience in US healthcare insurance with familiarity with medical terminology and health plan structures (required).
  • Experience working in a call center environment handling member or customer inquiries.
  • Experience using CRM or customer support platforms (Zendesk preferred).
  • Ability to explain complex healthcare plan information in a clear and empathetic way.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with call center platforms such as Genesys Cloud is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Assist members in understanding and navigating their healthcare plans.
  • Provide guidance on prescription (RX) coverage and help identify programs that can support members with high medication costs.
  • Clearly communicate health plan benefits, processes, and coverage details to members.
  • Support members with complex or high-needs healthcare situations, ensuring they receive the appropriate assistance.
  • Handle inbound and outbound member interactions in a call center environment.
  • Manage member cases and document interactions using CRM and support platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure members receive timely and effective support.
