Customer Succes Manager
Desired Skills
- 5+ years of experience in customer experience and customer support roles.
- B2 English level or above.
- TPA (Third-Party Administrator) experience in US healthcare insurance with familiarity with medical terminology and health plan structures (required).
- Experience working in a call center environment handling member or customer inquiries.
- Experience using CRM or customer support platforms (Zendesk preferred).
- Ability to explain complex healthcare plan information in a clear and empathetic way.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with call center platforms such as Genesys Cloud is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist members in understanding and navigating their healthcare plans.
- Provide guidance on prescription (RX) coverage and help identify programs that can support members with high medication costs.
- Clearly communicate health plan benefits, processes, and coverage details to members.
- Support members with complex or high-needs healthcare situations, ensuring they receive the appropriate assistance.
- Handle inbound and outbound member interactions in a call center environment.
- Manage member cases and document interactions using CRM and support platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure members receive timely and effective support.
