HOWDY HOUSES
Welcome to theLima House!
Summer energy all year round. A team that takes lunch seriously—especially when Black Poke is involved. In this house, getting good food is a KPI.
Memes Are Part Of the Workflow
The Lima team stays tight through a daily WhatsApp thread of updates, thoughts, and memes. It keeps everyone connected — no matter how deep in focus mode you are.
Lunch is when the team really comes alive. Black Poke has become an unofficial Friday tradition. Missing it is practically a deploy blocker.

The Weekly Lunch Ritual? Stable in Production
Food tends to bring the Lima team together. Weekly lunches are a small ritual where people pause, catch up, and trade stories from the week. More often than not, someone suggests ordering from Black Poke — a favorite spot that’s slowly turned into the team’s unofficial Friday tradition, and kind of an obsession.
