Virtual Assistant (Guadalajara)

Desired Skills:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail—especially with dates, names, and compliance-related data
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Comfortable with common tech tools such as linear, Google Workspace, and Notion.
  • AI proficiency and ability to improve your workflows, output, and work quality with AI tools
  • Familiarity with US healthcare (plus) 
  • Based in Guadalajara, Mexico

Responsibilities: 

  • Review and verify professional licenses (e.g., healthcare, contractor, or business licenses) using official state or national databases
  • Maintain up-to-date information about prices, licenses, and relationships
  • Manage email correspondence and scheduling for partners
  • Support team with research and documentation of policies
  • Monitor and support our community directly with engagement, moderation, and assistance
  • Improve the quality of our product, content, and marketing initiatives
