- Previous experience working as a Recruiter, IT Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar recruiting support role. (+4 years)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing, candidate outreach, and resume review.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidates and job postings.
- Experience sourcing for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Background recruiting for B2B companies, financial services, mortgage, or real estate industries is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle high-volume recruiting workflows.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to established recruiting processes.
- High energy, proactive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Support the recruiting team by managing the administrative workflow throughout the hiring process.
- Review resumes and help manage candidate pipelines.
- Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and conduct candidate outreach.
- Post job openings and maintain roles within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Track candidate progress and ensure timely communication, including sending and receiving feedback.
- Help maintain an organized recruiting process while managing a high volume of candidates and open roles.
- Provide operational support to the HR team to ensure recruiting activities run efficiently.
