  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing, candidate outreach, and resume review.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidates and job postings.
  • Experience sourcing for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Background recruiting for B2B companies, financial services, mortgage, or real estate industries is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle high-volume recruiting workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to established recruiting processes.
  • High energy, proactive attitude, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruiting team by managing the administrative workflow throughout the hiring process.
  • Review resumes and help manage candidate pipelines.
  • Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and conduct candidate outreach.
  • Post job openings and maintain roles within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
  • Track candidate progress and ensure timely communication, including sending and receiving feedback.
  • Help maintain an organized recruiting process while managing a high volume of candidates and open roles.
  • Provide operational support to the HR team to ensure recruiting activities run efficiently.
