Brand & Content Manager (Buenos Aires - AR)
Key responsibilities
- Lead the brand and content strategy for the LATAM market (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Peru, Mexico, Colombia, and potentially Brazil).
- Define and execute the content strategy for external channels, ensuring alignment with brand values, technical topics, and tone.
- Collaborate with the Dev Advocate, Marketing team, and external vendors (e.g., video editors, photographers, studio agencies) to produce compelling content.
- Create and adapt audiovisual materials for the website’s Resource Library and social media platforms.
- Repurpose and distribute content across multiple formats and channels to maximize reach and impact.
- Provide visibility and status updates on ongoing content initiatives and proactively suggest new topics and creative ideas.
Main skills and Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; outgoing personality
- Experience in content creation for digital platforms (social media, streaming/webinars, videos, paid ads, etc.)
- Solid editorial and content editing skills in English
- Prior experience managing content teams and/or external agencies
- Working knowledge of the software industry, technologies, or programming languages (preferred)
- Fluent English (written and spoken) — required
- Portuguese — nice to have
- Process-oriented and data-driven mindset
- Proven ability to manage large-scale initiatives and meet tight deadlines
- Team player with a strong desire to make an impact
- Availability to travel (if needed)
