Ssr. Sales Operations Assistant (Montevideo - UY)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Operations leadership during discovery calls, follow-ups, and internal syncs by taking notes, tracking action items, and documenting next steps.
  • Communicate directly with prospects for scheduling, confirmations, interview coordination, candidate feedback, and other non-strategic operational touchpoints.
  • Maintain Salesforce opportunities, notes, and reports accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare, format, and organize candidate profiles, summaries, and related documentation.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency across internal systems (Salesforce, Google Workspace, Confluence, Matching Tool)
  • Track deadlines, next steps, and internal handoffs across Sales Ops, Recruiting, Operations, and Scheduling teams.
  • Proactively flag inconsistencies, risks, or blockers to prevent issues from falling through the cracks.
  • Assist with event logistics, partner follow-ups, and general administrative or operational needs as they arise.
  • Act as a calm, reliable presence that helps maintain structure and order in a fast-faced environment.

Main Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, coordination, administrative, or sales support roles.
  • Availability to work on-site in Montevideo on a hybrid basis (three days per week), collaborating closely with Sales Ops and cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced English proficiency required.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven reliability and consistency in operational or support-oriented roles.
  • Comfortable joining calls and representing Sales Operations in non-strategic, external-facing communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams while keeping information aligned and organized.
  • Clear, friendly, and professional communicator in English (written and verbal).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Slack; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Collaborative mindset with a natural inclination to support others and ensure smooth execution.
