SDR Team Lead (Player-Coach)
Role Summary
We're looking for an experienced SDR Team Lead to act as a player-coach for our outbound sales team. In this role, you'll spend most of your time making high-volume cold calls while leading by example, supporting teammates, onboarding new SDRs, and helping maintain a high-performance outbound culture.
Desired Skills
- English C1 (advanced) or above.
- + 5 years of professional experience
- Proven experience in high-volume outbound cold calling.
- Strong B2B objection handling and phone sales skills.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM, sales dialers (Aircall, Dialpad, or similar), and sales engagement platforms (Apollo, Outreach, or similar).
- Familiarity with prospecting and research tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Commercial Services, Facilities Management, or Janitorial industries.
- Previous experience mentoring, training, or onboarding SDRs.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound cold calls and consistently achieve individual KPIs.
- Lead by example through daily performance and work ethic.
- Support onboarding and coaching of new SDRs.
- Provide real-time guidance on call scripts and objection handling.
- Monitor team engagement and communicate observations to the Outbound Sales Manager.
- Help maintain consistent outbound processes and calling activity.
