Role Summary

This role is focused on maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's day-to-day accounting operations. The Bookkeeper will manage financial entries, General Ledger reconciliations, monthly financial reporting, and specialized tax filings while working directly within Traverse ERP. This position works closely with leadership and operational General Managers to support internal financial operations.

Desired Skills

  • B2 and above English level
  • Clear written English communication
  • 3+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting professional
  • Hands-on experience with Traverse ERP (Open Systems) (mandatory)
  • Strong experience with General Ledger reconciliations
  • Experience entering financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Experience preparing monthly financial statements, margin reports, and regional sales tax reports

Nice to Have

  • Accounting experience in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution companies.
  • Experience transitioning accounting workflows from third-party controllers to internal ERP systems.
  • Experience supporting engineering or industrial service businesses

Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily financial records within Traverse ERP.
  • Enter financial transactions and perform General Ledger reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, margin reports, and regional sales tax reports.
  • Work closely with leadership and operational General Managers.
  • Support internal financial operations following the transition from a third-party controller
